Refunds

Credit refund and how to do it?

Are you wondering how to refund the remaining credit you haven't used after a festival or concert? No worries - it's easy and free! We've put together a simple and straightforward guide on how to get your money back quickly and easily. Let's see how to do it!

How do I simply ask for a refund?

What do you need? Just your festival chip and the NFCtron mobile app. Download the free app for both iOS and Android, click on Read New Chip and pair the chip with your account. Once the chip is loaded, you'll see a summary of all your transactions. In retrospect, you can see what you tried at the festival and, if you liked it, you can also rate your orders to give feedback to the organiser and vendor for future editions.

To return the remaining balance, just click on the Return Money button, select your bank country and fill in the necessary bank details – the most important is your bank account number or IBAN. Once you've created your application, you can track its status directly in the app, so you'll always be up to date on where your application stands.

Returning directly in the mobile app is the fastest option for a refund. Similarly, you can also get a refund through your NFCtron Tickets account if you topped up your credit for online payments. Simply open the event and view your online receipt, then click on the credit refund button and fill in the necessary details just like you would in the NFCtron mobile app.

Refund policy – what is good to know?

The refund is free of charge, whether your account is in CZK or EUR. The amount does not matter - we will refund any remaining amount without limits. You have 14 days from the end of the promotion to set up your refund and the money will usually be in your account within 2-3 business days from the time it is set up. If you don't request a refund, any unused balances after 14 days go to the event organiser – who can use the funds to improve the next year's festival or concert, or for charitable purposes, as our popular event organisers regularly do.
