At the AC/DC concert we pay with NFCtron!

Payments in the area will be made using the NFCtron cashless system. This means that cash or payment cards will not be accepted. The only payment option is a wristband with a chip, which every visitor will receive at the TOP-UP point. This will make payments faster, more transparent, and above all, safer thanks to NFCtron. You can leave your wallet at home and enjoy the AC/DC concert to the fullest. 🤘

You can top up the credit you'll use to pay at the AC/DC concert in advance through NFCtron Tickets or the new iOS NFCtron mobile app for FREE. This way you not only save money but also speed up the check-in process – just show the QR code and you’ll immediately receive the chip. The second option is to top up credit on-site, at the nearest TOP-UP POINT. If you use the on-site top up option an activation fee of 2€ will be charged, so we do NOT recommend this option.

Note that online credit recharging is only possible before the event starts. During the concert it is no longer possible! After topping up your credit, you can pay quickly and easily by simply placing the wristband chip near the seller's device. No worries – the payment process will be really quick and simple.

How can I check my credit balance on my chip? After each order the seller will show you the remaining balance.

Download the NFCtron mobile app, load the activated chip and monitor your spending even more conveniently! You will also receive a notification of each payment, so make sure to enable them on your phone. Thanks to the app, you can also rate orders with stars and comments, providing feedback to the organizer for future events. After the event, you can easily request a refund of any remaining credit back to your bank account.

The app is available on App Store and Google Play. For full functionality, your phone must have NFC technology.

Unused credit on the chip? Refunds are not a problem!

When topping up credit before the event through NFCtron Tickets or the mobile app we recommend topping up enough funds. Consider how much your total spending at the concert might be and it’s always better to recharge more than less. You won't lose anything. Refunds of the remaining credit are free and unlimited for accounts in EUR and CZK. Simply load the chip with the NFCtron mobile app and request a refund to your bank account. You can request a refund up to 14 days after the event. Cash refunds are not available.
